power of being present

People could benefit from being present. Not that its always easy to focus on the task at hand. it makes me nervous to ride my bike down the street and see people yapping away on their cellphones. my life is in danger a little restraint, please.

I needed new shoes, and went out to Payless shoes in search of the same style I bought 6 months ago, Champion sneaks/ballet style. these ones are pink. very cute. made in China. I can tell you, my conscience is not at peace, but the price was right. working on that.
