Cafe Gratitude

Dear Reader
I think I owe you some lunch ideas.
this is what's been happening here
Here at Cafe Gratitude is the Right Attitude!
we've got sprouts happening
mung beans are crunchy and light
I eat them alone or add to salad
soak overnight and rinse, drain and either have them sprout
in mason jar or strainer

Quinoa
is easy to make
I rinse it first to take out the bitterness
I made it soupy with slices of butternut squash and tumeric
added some adzuki sprouts
ratio 1 cup to 2 cup water
