the smell of shabbos
The kitchen is smelling of shabbos with kugel with sundried tomatoes, striped beets as well as purple califlower, and an apple cranberry crisp. The carrots from the farmers market are sweet like candy. May we be nourished in both body and soul.

Less than two hrs 'til Sh here EST, and am rushing on this shortest daytime Sh of the year!
OTOH, plenty o' Sh time once dark for guests and/or communal Oneg gatherings.
Nu, how about guests to share enjoyment of your "smell of shabbos" ??
If you get this Sat night, then Winter Sat nights become the best times for all our MyLoved Malka fun activities (dates, Chinese auctions, music performances...)
