Feeling fruity

Its my holiday, TuB'shvat, the new years of the trees. I am a little pooped from preparing, so I am retreating in Woodacre, sitting in front of a screen. So spiritual.I am preparing for laughter yoga tomorrow in Santa Rosa. I'm at the house of one of the teachers, a very warm and hospitable Israeli, and her wife. I am looking forward to seeing the view tomorrow.

Shabbat in SF was inspiring. Ate the Body Ecology diet with the addition of challah-there was no sweet dessert, which was liberating. I learned from the Chabad Rabbi that it is a custom to eat buckwheat on shabbat Shira. Always great to sing at Mission Minyan.

Laughter yoga

I've found my calling-laughter yoga. what is laughter yoga? 2 weeks ago I found out about it wehn I picke up a flier for a laughter yoga training. I like the words of Swamai Beyondanoda-Have a laughsitive twice a day and that will ensure reguhilarity.

We all need more laughter... holy laughter. Our bodies don't know the difference between simulated and real.
