After several late nights of going out, I am proud to say I bathed the 4 year old girl, she is fed, and in bed by 9:30. this is the earliest all week its much easier for me when mom is OUTTA HOUSE!!!

So GRATEFUL

I am SO very grateful for going to Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhna practice. It starts at 4 am. I know its time to go when I wake up without an alarm at 3am.  We can break our habits and change our thoughts. We can even change our DNA.  Guess what?  Yes, we are running in place AND you can also  go to sleep in the vibration of raising your Kundalini. Its a beautiful thing for me to be in a room of sisters dressed in white (increases your auric field) and the sole male, Sadu, who owns the place.   It was an energizing set, I did what I could, mindful of my knee injury and lay down for a nap for some of the chanting. Detox tea and sharing afterwards.   A wonderFuLL way to start the day

Catching up with Super Nanny!

Since our heroine has posted back in 2015 she was in Brooklyn. After a loss of a laptop, she is now back in action. Presently as a live in nanny in Miami Beach for a family of 4 children.  Details will be spared to protect the entitled.  Lets just say that I have more material for the book that wants to be birthed, GELT WithOUT GUILT-YOU TOO CAN HAVE IT ALL!!!!
Gratitude is the RIGHT ATTITUDE. Rather than simply having ATTITUDE.  
I work for entitled children.
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be grounded, to grow, to practice humor, to transform challenging situations, to share laughter. I am SO SO SO grateful to have use of a car. It is banged up weeks and hundreds of miles later, everything is going to be all right.

In my purse I have my weapons of a purple marker, an organic lollipop that has been there too long, an American Express Credit Card-$ does buy happiness, however its not eternal happiness.   No hand sanitizer for me.
